Promote government encrypted communication software, enforce encryption of group chat files, and display garbled characters 68 for those who exceed their permissions. Combined with AI monitoring robots, scan images/documents within the group 24 hours, identify features of red headed files, and automatically intercept them. 

Result: 

No group chat leakage incidents occurred within six months, and won the Provincial Confidentiality Technology Innovation Award 3.
